Instructions
Fill wine glass with ice.
Add St‑Germain and mint leaves.
1½ ounces St Germain, 8 Mint leaves
Top with Prosecco and club soda Gently stir to combine.
2 ounces Club Soda, 2 ounces Prosecco
Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge.

Notes
Don't muddle your mint for this cocktail (it makes the mint a little bitter). You can, however, stir the leaves a bit with your spoon to release the oils.For more lime and mint infusion in your spritz, add the wedge of lime to the base of the glass with the mint leaves, and stir them together a bit. Then, add ice and pour the ingredients over this base.The sweeter bottle of bubbles you choose, the sweeter your cocktail will be. Choose a dry Prosecco or Rosé for a good balance.Want to make a pitcher? Use a full bottle of Prosecco (30 ounces), 12 ounces (1½ cups) of St-Germain and top it with 24 ounces of club soda. Add the Prosecco and club soda just before serving.
