This garlic and herb cream cheese is a savory, delectable way to top bagels, toast, crostini and so much more. Infused with fresh, fragrant herbs and minced garlic, it’s pure joy.
In a mixer, blender or food processor, whip cream cheese until smooth.
Add garlic and herbs, and whip for another minute until complete.
Notes
Herb Mixture – Substitute with dried herbs if you prefer.
To do so, use the ratio of 1 tablespoon of fresh herbs = 1 teaspoon of dried. Dried herbs are often more potent than fresh.
Mix By Hand – If you don’t have access to a mixer or food processor, use a tub of whipped cream cheese. Because it’s softer and has more air already, it will be significantly easier to mix in the garlic and herbs.
