Instructions
Prepare a large cookie sheet with parchment paper. Spread popcorn on top.

Using a large microwavable bowl, melt the almond bark candy coating in the microwave at 50% power for 1 minute, stir, and repeat in 15-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth. Alternatively, you can melt the almond bark candy coating in a saucepan over low heat for about 8 minutes, stirring frequently.
10 ounces vanilla almond bark candy coating
Add dry cake mix to melted almond bark and stir with a rubber spatula, scraping the sides as needed, until combined.
¼ cup white cake mix
Working quickly, fold in popcorn and stir until coated.
Spread popcorn mixture onto prepared cookie sheet. Top with sprinkles and allow to cool before serving or transferring to bags.
