I’m still very much in love with pastel shades and Essie never disappoints when it comes them! I bought “Find me an oasis” few weeks a go, but haven’t got a chance to use it yet. Once I did, it was love at first coat (okay, maybe second… ;) ).
“Find me an oasis” is such a gorgeous color. It’s a light, light blue, so light that in fact, it almost looks white. The formula is a bit streaky at first, but with careful application of two coats, it worked out just fine. I’ve been loving light and highly pigmented colors. It’s not easy to find a good white nail polish that doesn’t have a formula that’s too thin and plain horrible to work with. Shades like”Urban jungle” and “Find me an oasis” are both beautiful alternatives to white nail polish.
I love the subtle hint of a baby blue color and the way that it makes me look a bit more tan. I think that it is such a unique and one-of-a-kind shade. I already know I’ll have a hard time removing it and moving on to a different color next week, haha :) .
Don’t forget to follow me on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to see what I’m up to on daily basis.

September 3, 2014 at 3:31 pmI think this has to be one of my favourite nail shades of yours Paula, if not my absolute favourite ;)
I love that it’s a baby blue, on first glance I thought it was a really fresh white and I love that it combines a bit of both colour hues in a really stylish way. As always your nails are shaped so very perfectly and show off “Find me an oasis” ever so gorgeously! The most wonderful advert for Essie I have ever seen! :)

September 4, 2014 at 8:11 amAh Paula, everytime I see your nails, I get super jealous – they are so long and perfectly shaped. I wish my nails were like that, but I cant cope with long nails with having to work at a computer all day. I love this Essie shade though, it is super and would really work for winter too.

September 5, 2014 at 6:20 pmAww thanks Gems! I’m a paralegal so I work on a computer all day too, but I think that overtime I have just gotten used to typing like this haha :) My nails have been so good for the past couple of months, they’ve been growing like crazy :) I think that this would soooo work for Winter too! I really don’t like sticking to the rules like “pastels are for Summer, dark shades are for Winter” :D.
