I've got three busy weeks ahead of me where I'm waking up stupidly early and not getting enough sleep is something I really feel the effects of quickly. After these three weeks I'm going to actively focus on getting enough sleep regularly, rather than doing what I'm doing now which is no getting enough sleep for a few days and then sleeping like I'm in a coma on the weekend in an attempt to catch up, lol

This is a great list. I find getting more light is a must this time of year and I'll try and make the most of the nice days, Autumnal walks are my favourite thing at the moment.

I definitely appreciate a good night's sleep a lot more now that I'm older, hehe.
