Funnily enough, I just published a blog post about tips to worry and stress less too! It's becoming more and more of an issue unfortunately, and if we stress a lot we should always try to find ways to make it better. Talking to someone is one tip that I shared as well - stress can make you feel so isolated, so talking about it can only help!

Ahh I can relate! Sticking to a schedule definitely helps, although it can be so easy to just get carried away when you're "in the zone" haha! Spreading that energy and productivity evenly is key. Thanks for reading, Bernadette! x
