Digital world has been a part of out daily life that it is really hard to have time off from there. Sometimes when I want to take a walk in the forest or beach, I leave the phone in the car so I have some me time. Good food... We are trying to eat more healthy, clean and good now, but I must admit it is hard when there are so many distractions :)
