Tom Ford “Show Me the Pink”
What can I say.. I have a thing for peachy nudes.
Tom Ford “Show Me the Pink” is a gorgeous, peachy-pink that, as you can imagine, does not come at a cheap price ($35) but it if fits your budget- it’s worth every penny. I definitely find colors like these very hard to resist.
When it comes to peachy polishes, they’re often a bit chalky and/or streaky and the application can be a nightmare. “Show Me the Pink” is completely different. The formula is a bit on the thick and creamy side, and the application was easy for the most part (two coats, sometimes I needed three). This warm nude/pink also has this very subtle silver sparkle to it, that only shows up in direct sunlight in the bottle, but it doesn’t really show up on the nails.
One other thing that I really love about this nail polish? It lasts for ages. Its staying power is really something else, I didn’t experience any chipping until I decided to remove the color myself. One minor thing that I didn’t like though, was the fact that it’s actually a bit difficult to remove. I had to use twice as much nail polish remover as I usually do, so I’m assuming that the long-staying power comes at a price. I still, absolutely love this color and I’ve been wearing it for the past couple of weeks.
This was my first time trying Tom Ford polish, and while its quite lovely, when it comes to high-end brands, Dior is still my favorite.
Do you guys like colors like this one?

I personally don’t use nail polishes very often, so i wouldn’t splurge on this, but omg if i only painted my nails more often i would by it no doubts! Great post!!

August 19, 2015 at 6:37 pmWhat a gorgeous shade, it looks so great on you! I’ve been looking at TF Mink Brulé for ages, but still not sure, if I’m willing to pay the price tag :-S
