I used to be the worse judge of myself. I would think all these horrible things about myself, and then compare them to all these people who, in my mind, were doing everything right. It's such a poisonous habit, and something I've been working on myself day and night in order to change it. It's definitely not easy to change my mindset to that, but it's definitely been a work in progress. Great post Paula xx

Yup, perfectionism and self-judgment go together, all the time. I love the idea of rewarding yourself for doing things well, that is so lovely!
