Preheat the oven to 350F. In a big bowl mix oats, flaxseed, nuts and coconut flakes.
In a small bowl mix coconut oil, coconut sugar, coconut syrup and vanilla extract. Pour over oats and mix gently.
Spread the granola mix on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake until golden brown (for about 25 minutes) gently mixing every couple of minutes.
After the granola is done, let it cool completely. Then, add in chopped dates and cranberries, mix once again and store in an airtight container.
