What would Fall be without plaid?
I probably wear plaid shirts pretty much all-year round. Love them on a cold Summer night, on a warm Spring day, but there’s no denying that they look (and feel!) best during Fall and Winter.
I probably have about 10 plaid shirts in my closet, all are different colors, different lengths. Some of my favorite ones are from Express. I really like them because they have a lose fit and are a bit oversized which means that they’re super comfy. The one that I wore yesterday however, is from Zara.
My suede boots are from Jeffrey Campbell (Suede Rumble Boot) and I literally live in these during Fall. They are extremely comfortable and go with pretty much everything; I wore them with skirts and dresses as well. Another thing I like about these is that they don’t wear out (I had them for two years and they still look and feel like new) and they also make my feet look small and cute- and that’s hard to do when you’re a size 9.5 (my mom used to joke that when she was waiting for me to get home from school, she’d first see my feet and then I came from around the corner after five minutes :| ). I really want to get these in black too.
Hats have also become one of my favorite accessories. I actually bought my first hat only last year and now I pretty much wear them all the time. The one I’m wearing right here is from Express and you can still find it right here.
Even though it’s still pretty warm, the morning are much, much cooler so a jacket is a must.
Jeans: Abercrombie & Fitch; Shirt: Zara; Hat: Express: Booties: Jeffrey Campbell; Jacket: Michael Kors
Do you love plaid as much as I do? Wishing you an awesome Monday!

October 26, 2015 at 8:47 amLove the outfit! I need to get a nice plaid shirt because they’re so easy to wear but I’m so fussy about the colours! I love those boots – I have a similar pair from Target and the thick heel makes them so easy to walk in despite them being heels!

October 26, 2015 at 6:03 pmLove this casual outfit and you look gorgeous! Can you believe I don’t own any plaid shirt at the moment?! I used to wear them all the time when I was younger though. I think I need to do a bit of shopping, haha! And sorry, but I can’t stop laughing about the joke your mum was use to tell you :)) x

October 28, 2015 at 4:04 pmAw thanks so much Dagmara! I actually also didn’t own any plaid shirts until like last year or so haha :) Now I’m obsessed! Lol omg the size of my feet is an on-going joke in the family. When we first moved to the States, my dad took us to the beach and I was upset because I didn’t have any sandals, he told me “don’t worry, by the time we get to the beach, your feet will get big enough to borrow mine” haha ;)

October 27, 2015 at 2:36 amI do love plaid, but I’ve realized that my wardrobe is severely deprived of them, what with only one item splattered with the pattern. I completely understand the issue with big feet. I’m a size 9 and it’s all I want to make my feet look small and dainty, haha. You look lovely, Paula, and the hat looks great on you!

October 28, 2015 at 4:15 pmAww thanks so much May! Haha finally someone who can relate to my problem! The only good thing about it is that my sister and my friends can’t borrow my expensive heels (and they’re tried!), since I have a perfect excuse- they won’t fit you haha :)
