This is exactly me. Before bed I worry about my husband's health, losing my parents some day and growing older. It has almost become a ritual. I try so hard to break it by thinking of other things, which then leads to hours of being up with my mind racing. I can always tell, I have a window of sleepiness and if I don't fall asleep during this time, I will be up for hours. All the things you mention I have done at some point, but there are some minor things I could change. Just knowing I am not alone helps. Thank you.
