Rediscovering old favorites and discovering new ones: here are a few things what I’ve been lovin’ lately.
TARTE TARTELETTE 2 IN BLOOM PALETTE
Yes, I know I’ve been talking about this palette a lot lately. No, I’m not going to stop. :) You all probably know by now that I’ve been using this palette every singe day since picking it up (swatches here). I love the original Tartelette palette (swatches here) and I like this one even more. I think that the tones are more flattering on my skin, al the colors are beautiful and they have an amazing formula.
SEPHORA CREAM LIP STAIN IN MARVELOUS MAUVE
I wanted to try these cream lip stains from Sephora for quite a while and Marvelous Mauve looked absolutely beautiful. In addition to being a gorgeous shade the formula is pretty amazing too. It feels like a mix between NYX Matte Lip Creams and Kat Von D’s Everlasting Liquid Lipstick. It’s non drying, long-lasting and at a good price point. I’ll definitely be trying more of these!
ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS DIPBROW POMADE
I love ABV products but because I usually go for natural-looking brows, I tried to stay way from this pomade. A few weeks a go when I finally finished my Brow Wiz, I decide to pick up Anastasia’s Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade in Chocolate. This is definitely THE BEST brow product I’ve ever used. The secret to using this, is using very, very little product. I use so little that this tiny jar could probably last me a lifetime, but I do know that they have a tendency to dry out so that will most likely not be the case :) .
NYC SUN N’ BRONZE BRONZING POWDER IN HAMPTONS RADIANCE
As much as you might love a product, there comes a time when you sort of forget about it only to rediscover it after a while. This was exactly the case with this this powder. It’s probably one of my favorite drugstore makeup products and a great one to add some color and radiance to the skin.
STILA ALL OVER SHIMMER DUO IN KITTEN
This two-shade highlighter is perfect for adding a natural glow. I like using both of these as eyeshadows and highlighting powders. The colors are nicely pigmented and the shimmer isn’t too intense, so I like using this on those days when I wear little makeup.
Even though I usually don’t like too much of a sparkle- unless we’re talking highlight- this holiday season I’ve been reaching for two gorgeously gold and shimmery products: Dior Diorshow Fushion Mono Eyeshadow in Blazing (#631) which is just gorgeous and has the most beautiful sparkle, and Butter London’s nail polish in “The 444“- a gorgeous champagne glitter that was also a favorite of mine last year.

December 20, 2015 at 5:07 pmThat Tarte palette looks amazing, I love the look of every single shade within. I have also fallen in love with ABH Dipbrow again, the texture has gone a bit dry but I actually like it as I find it super easy to apply since I’m not picking up too much product x

December 20, 2015 at 8:03 pmI’d really like to try some of the Sephora cream lip stains as well, they sound really good. I went in store the other day to try and swatch some colours but all the ones I saw we’re pretty out there whereas I was just looking for a more natural shade. The struggle continues!

Surprisingly it’s available in UK on QVC and I was so close to ordering it but then I talked myself out of it cause I have so many palettes that I can’t justify buying another neutral palette right now :) x
