I usually use a tinted moisturizer during the summer but I also love to mix in a bit of moisturizer/primer to thin out a foundation! The NARS Velvet Matte sounds lovely, I'm not a big fan of completely matte finishes anyway x

I seriously need to give that NARS one a try but seeing as I have 4 foundations and tons of tinted moisturizers to go through, this'll have to wait :(
