Such an aspiring post Paula! I started this year with a more positive outlook and aim to to cut the 'cr*p' out of my life. i know I still will struggle sometimes because i am a real worrier, always have been, and my pain levels bite my bum which doesn't help. I think our insecurities can become overwhelming in such a crazy, fast paced life. Lovely post and I think mindfulness is a good friend in moving forward too!
