I sometimes feel like this particular branch of mindfulness is not geared towards "thinking" type personality, like the Myers-Briggs INTJ or INTP. I suspect some of us are at our best when we are deeply immersed in our inner realm and our thoughts rather than on any external stimulus of focus...
