I've been feeling stuck...or maybe lost? Probably both. I'm not completely sure what I am doing with my life, or what to do with these conflicting feelings on my current partner. It's frustrating, stressful, and almost all consuming. You are right though, we don't have to have it all figured out. It's okay to take things one a time, and figure things out slowly. Silence can be strangely intimidating and scary, especially if you're a textbook over-thinker. I always found that forcing myself to workout and just get it out of the way works best. Whenever I happen to take a break and go back to working I give it a couple of weeks and after that it just becomes such a habit that I hardly have to think about it.
